Covid Vaccination Status Record
You will be able access your Covid-19 Vaccine Status online, by logging in to the NHS Inform website. You can also view your Covid-19 Vaccine Status through the NHS Scotland Covid Status Ap which can be downloaded to your phone.
People who have lost or forgotten their username or password will be able to create new ones by selecting 'forgot username' or 'forgot password' options. You can also get a vaccination status record posted to you by calling the Covid Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565.
